ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The projects should be:
• based on ICT or include some component of ICT development, innovation or application;
• in a start up stage or developing stage;
• innovative;
• commercially viable.
   


TRAINING IN BUSINESS PLANNING

INGENIO provides access to an on-line training course in business planning specially designed for our entrepreneurs.

The business plan is submitted to the evaluation of an ad hoc Committee 90 days after the first meeting between the project team and its tutor. Such term will only be extended with an acceptable justification, but will not exceed a 120-day deadline.


INCUBATION

With the approval of a business plan the project will go into the incubation stage. The project team should sign an incubation contract agreement with the Executing Agency (LATU) through which the rights and obligations of the parties are established.

Once in the incubation stage the entrepreneurs will develop their project making use of Ingenio's services and will finally start operating as a firm.


GRADUATION

The client companies shall exit the programme for the following reasons:

• by their own will;
• after spending 24 months in the incubation stage;
• upon decision of the Steering Committee, at the Manager's request.
